As Campaign Director, Kacey plans and organizes the annual campaign, develops and implements fundraising strategies, and recruits, trains and motivates volunteers to achieve success.
Brandi Miller, Marketing Director
Brandi works to communicate the various functions of United Way and our agencies to the public, by developing materials, planning events, and working with media.
Kristi Kranz, Community Impact Director
Kristi actively researches community needs and works to develop initiatives aimed at helping to meet those needs; she also supports six Community Impact volunteer teams, as well as our partner agencies as needed.
Christina Riss, Community Impact Director

Coleen Thompson, Finance Director
Coleen manages all administrative financial duties, including bookkeeping, budgeting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, along with pledge processing and tracking from the fall campaign.
Shelley Hanisch, Major Gifts & Planned Giving Director
Shelley focuses on creating and cultivating relationships with major and planned givers, assists Alexis de Tocqueville Society campaign volunteers, and helps individuals leave a legacy through a planned gift to Sioux Empire United Way.
Heather Viergutz-McDonald, Database Associate
Heather maintains our database of givers and volunteers, inputs pledges, and supports Heart Club operations.
Olivia Essig, Campaign & Marketing Associate
Olivia handles social media and online communications, manages agency tours and speakers bureau, makes campaign calls and assists campaign volunteers.
Britni Ridge, Executive Associate
On a typical day, Britni is the first face you see in our office, as she greets guests and volunteers. Additionally, Britni coordinates Imagination Library, Connecting Kids, Heart Club recognition, New Hires, and other special projects.
