Alfred Furth, CAPITAL Services
Alfred Furth joins our board as a new member, bringing a deep understanding of service and community impact. His thoughtful leadership and experience will be a valuable addition as we continue to grow and advance our mission. Alfred is President & CEO of CAPITAL Services.
Paige Pearson Meyer, Midco
Paige joins our board as a new member, bringing a forward-thinking perspective and a genuine passion for building connections. Her insight and energy will help shape our work in meaningful ways as we look to the future. Paige is Vice President of Corporate Communications at Midco.

Jeremy Bill, Kuvare Holdings
Jeremy Bill has been a dedicated champion of both community impact and financial stewardship. Through his volunteer leadership—including his service as treasurer—he has helped strengthen initiatives that directly support community needs, while also bringing valuable financial insight and guidance to the organization. His thoughtful approach, commitment to service, and ability to connect mission with responsible financial practices have made a meaningful and lasting difference.
Kim Burma, Midco
As the 2025 SEUW Campaign Chair, Kim Burma played a vital role in advancing our mission to lead, sustain, and nurture a unified, effective response to community needs. Through her leadership, dedication, and ability to bring people together, Kim helped strengthen our collective impact and inspire meaningful support across the community. Beyond her role as Campaign Chair, Kim has been an active advocate and volunteer, generously contributing her time and energy to initiatives that create lasting positive change. Her commitment to collaboration and service has left a lasting impression, helping ensure we continue moving forward with purpose and momentum.
Brenda Kibbe, Retired
Brenda Kibbe has been an exceptional leader and an inspiring community volunteer. As Past Board Chair, her vision, dedication, and guidance have left a lasting mark on our organization. She has also served as a Community Impact Volunteer, generously giving her time and energy to initiatives that strengthen and uplift our community. In addition, Brenda continues to volunteer in the Sioux Empire United Way office, supporting programs and efforts that make a real difference every day. We are deeply grateful for all that she has done and continues to do.
Miles Beacom, First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard
Miles Beacom has been a valued member of our board, offering thoughtful guidance and dedicated service during his tenure.
