Axis180 Garden & Patio Refresh

Help refresh, restore, and prepare this community space for the season! Volunteers will work together on a variety of hands-on projects, including sprucing up outdoor gathering areas, caring for the garden, preparing fresh produce for meals, and wrapping up with a team cleanup. Whether you enjoy gardening, organizing, or getting your hands dirty, there's a role for everyone. Garden tools, cleaning supplies, and gloves will be provided—just bring a water bottle and wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty.

Activities to expect:

Outdoor Space Refresh Team

• Wiping down patio tables and chairs
• Deep cleaning cushions/upholstery
• Cleaning planters and surrounding areas

Garden Care Team 

• Garden weeding
• Light trimming
• Watering
• Harvesting and sorting

Garden-to-Table Meal Prep Team

• Sanitize and sort vegetables
• Peeling, chopping, etc., as needed
• Assembling veggie snack packs and meal components
• Organize for storage and distribution

Final Cleanup (all hands on deck)

• Sweeping / power-washing patio at the end
• Reset patio furniture
• Put away tools

Garden tools, cleaning supplies, and gloves will be provided. We ask that volunteers bring water and wear clothes that can get dirty.
