Lisa Romkema

Lisa is originally from Springfield, SD and earned her business degrees from Dakota State University.

Lisa provides the strategic vision and leadership for Sioux Empire United Way, guiding a talented professional team while working closely with the organization's Board of Directors, community volunteers, nonprofit partners, donors, and other stakeholders. She oversees the organization's daily operations, ensuring Sioux Empire United Way continues to create meaningful, lasting impact across the Sioux Empire.

Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband, Tony, and son, Bennett. She also enjoys traveling, reading, spending time outdoors, and cheering on her son's activities.
