Sioux Empire United Way helps meet a wide range of needs across our four-county service area—Lincoln, McCook, Minnehaha, and Turner Counties. One of our partner nonprofits, Active Generations, serves older adults and adults with disabilities through a variety of programs designed to promote health, independence, and community connection. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life for older adults by offering services that support aging in place and staying active. Key services offered by Active Generations include:

Supporting Caregivers and Older Adults: Essential Community Services
