Emily’s Hope is dedicated to removing the stigma of substance use disorder through awareness, education, and prevention; and removing financial barriers for treatment and recovery.
Funded Program(s):
- Emily’s Hope Lifeline Initiative – includes a podcast for people impacted by addiction, overdose, fentanyl poisoning and loss. It also includes a support group for people who’ve lost someone to overdose/fentanyl poisoning. It includes the distribution of free fentanyl testing strips and Naloxone (Narcan).
- Substance Use Prevention Education Curriculum – provides students from kindergarten through high school with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed, healthy choices and avoid substance abuse. Age-appropriate lessons and engaging activities support healthy decisions.
